Job Title: Appliance Repair Technician Senior Level

Great pay, health, retirement, vacation, bonuses and uniforms. Senior Tech can expect to earn $50,000 to $70,000 or more, per year. Trucks are stocked and special order parts are ordered and received in house. No parts chasing. Must provide own hand tools. Company will provide any specialized tools. Pay is salary + commission or straight commission your choice. Company completed over 10,000 service calls in the Omaha Metro area last year. Saturdays?? at least two per month. We pay a $10 to $20 call bonus, per call for Saturday calls. Cell phone provided.

Omaha NE

Repair of all brands of home appliances either in home or in shop

Order, receive and install the parts necessary to repair appliances that are in warranty and out of warranty

#1 Proper charging and collection of funds for out of warranty repairs

#2 Legibly complete service tickets

#3 Return all parts as required

#4 Communicate with office as work is completed and update appointments

#5 Return all paperwork and funds collected daily.

#6 Complete all service calls scheduled in an efficient manner as to maximize customer satisfaction

#7 Maintain service vehicle (keep it clean), tools, parts inventories, and uniforms. Report any need for maintenance or replacement to management

#8 Must be able to service all appliance types, including refrigeration, up to and including compressor replacement.

#9 Comply to all governmental regulations concerning appliance repair including/but not limited to CFC recovery, CFC certifications, etc.

#10 Most important…..Perform other duties as assigned

All of the above accountabilities are essential functions of the job

Position Competencies:

Proven mechanical and electrical background

Trouble-shooting skills, all major home appliances.

Ability to operate a vehicle as regulated by the state (VALID DRIVERS LICENSE)

Good driving record.

Customer service skills

Must want to please customer

Work independently

Assist Jr. Technicians as requested
